From November 1, 2026. Standard: 10% off shop labor at every Tek tier. Plus: 20% off shop labor at every Tek tier. Ultimate: Shop labor included on the enrolled device. Parts, liquid damage, screens, board-level work, physical data recovery and new-computer setup are not included unless we have written that they are.
Support is priced per household, because it's people who call. Protection gets installed on each machine, so it's priced per computer.
